All projects begin once payment is received and footage is accessible in usable form (links working, athlete identifiable). Delivery timelines start at that point, not at initial inquiry or intake submission.

Tier 1 (Core) delivers in 5–7 days. Tier 2 (Premium) delivers in 3–5 days. Rush options (48-hour or 24-hour) are subject to availability and must be confirmed before work begins. Timelines may shift if footage access issues or scope changes occur.

Tier 1 includes one revision round. Tier 2 includes up to two. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments (clip swaps, pacing, text/graphic updates). Major restructuring or new creative direction may require a new scope or additional fee. Please submit revision notes in writing and consolidated.

MatchLab Media is not responsible for camera angles, resolution, lighting, athlete visibility, or broadcast/livestream limitations. We will flag quality concerns early, but final outcomes are limited by the source footage provided.

Due to the custom nature of digital video work, refunds are limited once editing has begun. If an issue arises, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns within the agreed scope and revision policy.

Requests outside the selected package scope (additional matches, extended edits, new deliverables) may require additional fees and revised timelines. We will always confirm scope and pricing before proceeding.

Unless a Privacy Upgrade is selected, MatchLab Media may display completed work on our website, social platforms, and portfolio materials. We respect privacy requests and will not post without consent.

For athletes under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit the intake form and provide consent. Personal information is used only for project communication and delivery.

Final deliverables are provided via download links and/or hosting platforms. We recommend downloading and storing files promptly. Long-term archiving is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.

Communication is handled via email. Typical response time is 1–2 business days. Rush delivery does not include real-time or on-demand communication.

MatchLab Media does not guarantee recruiting offers, scholarships, advancement outcomes, or team placement. We focus on professional presentation and clarity; outcomes depend on performance, fit, academics, and coach needs.
