What type of footage do I need?
Game footage is best. Full-match video, Veo footage, Hudl footage, YouTube links, downloadable files, or cloud folder links can all work as long as the player is identifiable.
Do you choose the clips?
Yes. We review the footage and select the strongest moments based on the package you choose. You can also send timestamps or preferred clips if you already know what you want included.
Will the video include music or sound?
No. Final reels are delivered without music to reduce copyright issues when uploading to social platforms, YouTube, recruiting emails, or team portals.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Tier 1 includes one revision round. Tier 2 includes up to two revision rounds. Additional revision rounds can be added if needed.
How long does delivery take?
Tier 1 is typically delivered in 5–7 days from footage access. Tier 2 is typically delivered in 3–5 days from footage access. Rush delivery can be added when available.
How is the final video delivered?
Your final reel is delivered as a high-definition MP4 file, along with a shareable link so it can be sent easily to coaches, scouts, clubs, academies, or family.
Can you help retrieve footage?
Yes. If your footage is stored on a platform or with a team and you need help organizing or retrieving it, we can assist through the footage retrieval support add-on.
