Built Inside The Game
MatchLab is led by former senior club leadership with direct experience inside professional football environments. Our founder previously served as Executive Director of Youth Football at Vancouver FC, working inside academy-to-first-team development pathways, performance standards, and recruitment structures.
Our work has also included projects with FC Barcelona, the German Football Association (DFB), and professional clubs and national-level programs across North America and Europe.
