What’s the difference between Package 1 and Package 2?
Package 1 is a concise 2–3 minute highlight reel delivered in 5–7 days. Package 2 is a premium 4–5 minute showcase delivered in 3–5 days with enhanced visuals, more context, and a stronger recruiting presentation.
When does the timeline start?
Your timeline starts once payment is confirmed and footage is received in usable form (links working, athlete identifiable). If footage access issues delay us, delivery dates shift accordingly.
What footage do you need and how do we send it?
We accept Veo, Hudl, YouTube, livestream archives, and phone recordings. The simplest method is to paste links in the intake form. If needed, we’ll provide a Drive folder link after payment.
How many matches should we provide?
Tier 1 typically works well with 1–2 matches. Tier 2 usually benefits from 2–4 matches to show range and consistency. Additional matches can be added as an add-on.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes. 48-hour and 24-hour rush options are available when capacity allows. Rush delivery moves your project into a priority queue and is confirmed after intake review.
How do revisions work?
Tier 1 includes 1 revision round; Tier 2 includes up to 2. Revisions cover reasonable adjustments (clip swaps, pacing tweaks, text updates). Major rebuilds or style changes may require a new scope.
Do we get downloadable files?
Yes. You receive a share link plus downloadable MP4 files (and add-on exports such as social clips or coach versions, if selected).
Public vs unlisted: what’s best for recruiting?
Unlisted is often best for direct coach sharing because it keeps the video accessible without broadcasting publicly. Public can help visibility, but it’s optional and depends on your goals.
Can the video be private or not posted?
Yes. If you prefer no public posting and private delivery only, choose the Privacy Upgrade. We will not use the video in our portfolio without your consent.
Do you work with sports beyond soccer?
Yes. Soccer is our core, but we can produce highlight reels for other sports using the same professional standards and delivery workflow.
Can we request specific clips?
Yes. Provide timestamps or clear descriptions in the intake form. We’ll prioritize those moments as long as they support a strong, concise reel.
Will this guarantee recruiting?
No. A professional reel improves presentation and clarity, but recruiting outcomes depend on level, fit, academics, communication, and coach needs. We focus on helping the athlete show their best work clearly.
What if our footage quality is poor?
We’ll flag issues early. If the athlete is hard to identify or video quality limits clarity, we can still often produce a useful reel, but outcomes may be constrained by the source footage.
Can we update the reel later in the season?
Yes. We offer seasonal update reels so athletes can refresh their highlights as they improve, change roles, or add new matches and moments.
